Santa Fe Chicken Salad

In Stainless (2-qt./2-L) Mixing Bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, taco seasoning mix and garlic. Add red pepper flakes, if desired; whisk until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 25-30 minutes.

Ingredient :

1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) taco seasoning mix
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 tsp (1 mL) crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups (500 mL) diced cooked chicken
1 can (12 oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped red onion
1/2 cup (125 mL) thinly sliced celery
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 tbsp (30 mL) snipped fresh cilantro
